G45 Guyed Mast
The G45 guyed mast has gained widespread use and popularity in Iran as a permanent and cost-effective solution due to its lightweight design, affordability, and low installation costs compared to other types of masts. Unfortunately, in Iran, these masts have been extensively and non-standardly used, particularly in large cities, without adhering to the required standard spacing for guy wires or proper load calculations. This issue has led to the collapse of G45 guyed masts at various times.
Guyed masts can be installed on the ground or on rooftops of homes and offices. Additionally, the tall towers and buildings in metropolitan areas provide ideal locations for mounting telecommunications antennas, radio antennas, or small internet dishes on guyed masts.
When installed on the ground, the G45 mast’s significant height requires ample space for guy wires. This space should be at least one-third of the mast’s height in radius to ensure proper installation.

The G45 guyed mast is constructed from prefabricated 3-meter sections. Its base consists of 33.7 mm diameter pipes with a thickness of 2 mm. The internal components, including braces and horizontals, are made from simple 8 or 10 mm rods, connected truss-style. The number following “G” indicates the base width of the sections in centimeters.
Niknoor’s G45 mast sections are manufactured to the highest standards in terms of assembly and galvanization, offering the best quality in the Iranian market.
