Traffic Sign Poles
Traffic sign poles are structures used for installing route guidance signs, traffic lights, VMS boards, and violation detection systems. Traffic sign poles are divided into two main categories: cantilever and cross-arm poles. They are manufactured by Nik Noor in various dimensions and with diverse arm lengths.
Cantilever Pole: These poles consist of a single base and an arm, typically used for installing license plate recognition cameras or route guidance signs. Cantilever poles are installed at highway exits. Due to the sensitivity of the cameras mounted on these poles, proper design to reduce vibrations on the pole’s arm is crucial.
Cross-Arm Pole: These poles are made of a base and two arms, resembling a cross, and are generally used at the beginning of diverging routes (forks) or boulevards.
