Fluorescent Lighting Pole

The Fluorescent Lighting Pole, also known as the Fluorescent Bracket, belongs to a generation of industrial lighting poles primarily used for illuminating access staircases and platforms in refineries, petrochemical plants, power plants, and industrial factories. These poles can accommodate 36-watt and 18-watt fluorescent lights, which are utilized for environmental lighting.

Specifications of Fluorescent Lighting Poles

These lighting poles are typically manufactured with a height ranging from 1.5 to 3 meters, featuring a single arm. The arm of the fluorescent lighting pole is usually produced in two sizes: 80 cm and 150 cm. The 80 cm arm is suitable for installing an 18-watt light, while the 1.5-meter arm accommodates a 36-watt light. The pipe used in the construction of the fluorescent bracket is generally seam-welded industrial-grade and conforms to DIN 2440-2441 standards. Fluorescent lighting poles manufactured by Nik Noor can be equipped with industrial or explosion-proof junction boxes, as well as an earth lug for grounding, which are installed upon customer request. For the coating of fluorescent lighting poles, hot-dip galvanizing and painting methods can be employed. However, since these poles are predominantly used in oil and industrial sites, the hot-dip galvanizing coating is more common.

Installation of Fluorescent Lighting Poles

These poles are generally installed in two ways: on a foundation (similar to the method used for tall lighting poles) or on a handrail. In the foundation installation method, the pole is equipped with a base plate that is fixed using bolts embedded in the foundation. In the handrail installation method, the pole is equipped with two U-bolts, which secure it to the handrail. The poles are produced by Nik Noor according to customer needs and specifications.

Price of Fluorescent Lighting Poles

Before discussing the price of fluorescent lighting poles, it should be noted that the cost depends entirely on the technical specifications of the pole, such as height, pipe diameter, pipe thickness, type of coating, and even the installation method.
